Sponsor a Child for Science Trek

For almost 30 years, Science Trek has served as a gateway for young scientists to learn more about science and technology.  This annual event, hosted by the Idaho Museum of Natural History and Idaho Public Television, is a hands-on learning adventure to exposing children to real science early in their academic careers and explore possibilities for the future.  An overnight adventure at the Idaho Museum of Natural History, Science Trek has given thousands of 3rd through 5th grade children the opportunity to explore the frontiers of science with premier scientists at Idaho State University.

There has been a greater need expressed than in years past for financial help to allow children from our community to participate in this year’s Science Trek adventure. We ask for your gracious donation to sponsor a future scientist to be exposed to an experience that creates and fuels interest in science and technology fields. For a donation of $45.00 you could help influence a child’s interests and aspiration in STEM by helping them attend Science Trek 2017.

We have a goal of $540, the admission to help 12 children attend Science Trek 2017.

Click here to donate and sponsor a child. Please donate by April 8th. Donation receipt will be provided.

Boldly Go into your Adventure in Science!
